It wasn't toasted at all. The steak was very hard, like unusually chewy. I tried eating it with a knife and fork, it was cutting the paper before fully cutting through the sub. I used my knife I sharpened a few days ago. The bread tasted extremely stale, I ended up throwing it away and wasting $20. If you want a sub, go in person so they don't screw you over."

The tomatoes were not ripe,the amount of meat in proportion to bread was way off. One sandwich had more onion than meat. And overall they just did not taste fresh like they have in the past.
