The drinks werent even filled all the way. Nor do they look remotely like the picture on the menu. The syrup sits at the bottom of the cups with a chunk of ice. The nuggets were fried and didnt get large order of fries that comes with the combo! AND the cheese rollup with beef was saturated in grease the tortilla was stuck to the paper! It all went in the trash!!

"Oh the ACCURACY!! Order was ON POINT tonight! Most often then not my experience with food delivery apps has been mostly disappointing. I'm usually aways missing SOMETHING, whether it be one or MORE items, or the LACK of PAID for extra toppings/sauces, the food is poorly/sloppily made, or I just outright receive an ENTIRELY WRONG order! "I got the Bird Dog Chicken Sandwich with the Nashville Hot flavoring. It was supposed to have their signature sauce on it as well, but came with none, the Nashville Hot flavoring barely registered as spicy, and most importantly, the chicken was rubbery. The bun was nice. My picture shows the HouseMade Kaleslaw on it which doesn't come with the sandwitch, but should be a free option considering it comes on all of the chicken sandwiches and sliders. Instead, I had to pay ove $3 for half a cup of okay cloe slaw. It lacks the color advertised and is much wetter. The Mac & Cheese shows a picture that falsely advertises it as baked. It's the equivalent of overcooked elbow macaroni in runny cheese sauce. It's palatable, but I wouldn't finish it even if I had the straw necessary to do so. It's almost a 1 Star review. The second star is for the pretty good fries that came with the sandwich. Very disappointed."

"This is my go-to for an easy (albeit pricey) lunch delivery. I always choose a BEACH BUM™ with white chocolate and a SUPERGREEN CAESAR CHICKEN wrap, and DashPass covers my fees. This most recent order, the smoothie was extremely bland and disappointing, but this is not the norm. The food is typically rather consistent and almost worth the price, but if you don't have money to spend I'd look elsewhere when it comes to delivery. I personally order from here consistently, and the food is always fresh and to a standard I've come to expect. The wrap and a side of sea salt and vinegar kettle-cooked chips along with the large smoothie is a great portion size to be a filling lunch. Again, I recommend this only if you have the money to pay for it."
