A side story: Originally I ordered the Pad Thai from this Noodles & Company, but before my Dasher arrived with it I learned from some websites that Pad Thai traditionally has oyster sauce in it. I have a serious allergy to seafood and fish, and didn't know about the oyster sauce. I didn't want to chance getting sick (Noodles & Company confirmed over the phone that their version does indeed contain oyster sauce.)
I used the DoorDash website to contact Customer Service and explained my situation. Nicely enough, I was given full credit immediately, which I then used for the spaghetti. All's well that ends well. It's good to know DD has some empathy towards customers during situations beyond their control."

"Let's start with the good. The ribs were decent. A little over priced but I can see a surcharge on a late night Thursday evening. Garden salad was 90% iceburg lettuce, 2 cherry tomatoes a couple of olives and 4 pepperoncinis . Could have been good with some more fixing. For $17 I was expecting a little more. Plus the bag was leaking dressing all over my driveway probably not the restaurants fault but not a didn't help the cause. Finally the $8 side of curly fries. Didn't even receive that.
I know times are tight but if you guys want to make it in the post pandemic environment I would advise you to step up your quality or drop your price. Unfortunately the value was not here in our meal. Good luck on your future endeavors. I hope this was a one off incident and it helps you improve your take out service "
