I have a serious allergy to seafood and fish, and didn't know about the oyster sauce. I didn't want to chance getting sick (Noodles & Company confirmed over the phone that their version does indeed contain oyster sauce.)
I used the DoorDash website to contact Customer Service and explained my situation. Nicely enough, I was given full credit immediately, which I then used for the spaghetti. All's well that ends well. It's good to know DD has some empathy towards customers during situations beyond their control."
