"Usually love Wegmans but i customized a salad base (romaine and kale)on my last order ,and it arrived with the default (spring mix) . DoorDash only gave me a few dollar refund on this $12 item. Considering the base is the majority of this item, the refund didn't seem sufficient.

"Great food. The Chocolate Peanut Butter Cookie is my favorite and I love their new red velvet ice cream. The reason I can't give five stars is because the delivery system for this store is poorly managed. I can never know when my items will arrive because there's no tracking from Insomnia Cookies or DoorDash when you use DoorDash. Sometimes orders arrive much later after the scheduled time, so I can't plan to meet my delivery driver at a specific time. This time, it never arrived (I did get a refund, though and both DoorDash and Insomnia Cookies provided excellent help). Again, I love the food from this store and I'm happy they deliver through DoorDash. But the "merchant courier" system needs some work."

"Maybe this is my mistake, but I didn't expect the cookies to be refrigerated. I knew better than to expect warm cookies, but refrigerated-cold surprised me.
Good flavor. I'm glad each cookie was individually wrapped because the box was ripped. The DoorDash bag was sealed with a sticker, but the lid of the favorites box was ripped in half. Because of the plastic, it still was sanitary enough.
A good choice if you want to reheat. Again, good flavors. Just a less than ideal package in my particular case, and unexpected temp. "
