It was the Sausage that threw me off. I never had such a fat breakfast Sausage! I had it in my mind that it couldn't taste good if it was that big! Was I wrong!! That is probably the best Sausage I've had in a long time. Perfectly seasoned and not spicy like other breakfast sausages. The country potatoes tasted as good as they look.
