"I asked how this costly restaurant prepared their veal parmesan. They told me they cook the veal in a deep fryer in vegetable oil. I asked them to pan prepare the veal in olive oil. The veal came to the table, and it was over cooked, burnt and tough.
The broccoli rabe I ordered on the side was boiled, not sautéed. It was all chopped up and waterly. No olive oil and no garlic.
When I asked the manager to take the veal back for a different dish, I received an argument.
This is an expensive restaurant. Not recommended."

"The pizza looks okay but the taste has the potential to rival local NY style pizza parlors. Sweet tomato sauce. Lots of mozzarella cheese if that's what you fancy. Crust is crispy on the outside soft on the inside although it's slightly sweet and a little too fluffy for my taste but that's always a preference thing. Bottom of my slice had a solid crust too! Good size for a small get together.
The caprese penne is a great choice if you're looking for a pasta dish with a fresh and lighter sauce, that is as long as you can avoid all of that delicious mozzarella melted on top haha!
