The Brisket, either sandwich or plate, is tender, with the perfect amount of flavor. The sauce enhances it, but is not a requirement -- a mark of great BBQ!
The Smoked Chicken Wings have been perfect the times I've ordered them. They're cooked just right. The chef recommended the Jerk sauce, so that's been my default, but I know I need to try another.
The sides I've tried all have been amazing! The Cole Slaw was so fresh, flavorful and clearly homemade, and I have problems with so many cole slaws.
Beans, usually not my go-to, but good beans = good BBQ and these were GOOD BEANS!
Finally, the Collards and the Corn Bread also both were standouts.
I am so glad I found Smoke House and look forward to continuing my plan of eating my way through their menu!"

"I had high hopes for the Twister but almost every bite had some sort of gristle or tough pieces in it. By the time I picked it all apart, there wasn't much left.
The 5 piece kids meal had 5 tiny pieces of chicken. Again, the gristle and tough bits or over fried pieces of batter. Best thing i received was the cole slaw and the mashed potatoes.
