I have had multiple times where we are missing topping ingredients for our overpriced piece of cake. It would be nice to be able to add an option of ranch or blue cheese, instead I have to ask my dasher to get it. They graciously do and then all but one time it ended up being blue cheese.
If the service could speed up and focus on details this food would be the best on DiorDash.

"I like the "Feed 5" pack but they need to give you more buns. Coming from North Alabama all the family packs come with an 8pack of buns and a large bag of potato chips. Also, I wish that they offered Vinegar slaw but the pulled pork has a good smoke flavor and they do not DROWN it in sauce (it's always on the side). All of the side items are delicious that we've tried. It's our go to for b'que. "

The fried rice, Egg Drop Soup, Beef Lo Mein and the Chicken Mushroom had such bland flavor and the Chicken Mushroom just tasted like salt, they were all inedible.
