"I love Emilio's!! One of my favorite spots for traditional mexican food in memphis. I love the Aguas Frescas (horchata specifically) here, as well as the Side of Rice and Beans. The Quesadilla Camaron I got I didn't alter at all as far as what I selected, and it felt a little crowded with the veggies (while they are very fresh, and a nice addition) they make the quesadilla fall apart/open easily as well as making it a bit more soggy than I prefer. Overall though the Quesadilla isn't very big, so I think taking out the veggies might not give you bang for buck.. "The crab cake taco (a limited time item) was phenomenal and such a good price! I recommend anyone who likes crab cakes to order these before they're gone. The queso with ground beef added is always delicious. It's the best queso in the city at least and maybe that I have ever had! The half Mexican Cobb salad was so very fresh! I order the taco meat to have to make tacos at home to go with what I get and it is a great portion for the price! "Course, my favorite is fancy Nancy Chicken Salad. This restaurant has about any kind anybody would want. It's one of the cleanest nicest walk-in restaurants I've ever been in and everyone that works. There are amazing people. I go so often at least once a week and it beats me for three days that I know them all and I highly suggest you go in there and either eat is very casual.
