Always looks exactly like the photo, just beautiful, fresh and delicious. For some reason tonight it absolutely looks just like this when I opened the box. There were two of them stacked on top of each other, which you can kind of see in the photo but aside from that they literally look like they were dropped. I'm not sure what happened, but this was a total mess and they went right in the trash. It doesn't even look like a complete roll with the way the seam is split wide open. I contacted DoorDash and they took care of it right away with no problem. Again, this will not reflect on the whole restaurant and we will definitely order again as we eat their in person as well. "I drive by this place a lot and have never tried it until tonight. It was very good. The only reason I gave it four stars is because it wasn't cut very well and it was cut crooked. Also, maybe a little too much cornmeal on the crust. The toppings were fresh and they were very generous with them. I work near Big Slice so will definitely keep them in mind for potluck at work, as well as a pick up option for those nights I don't want to go home and cook.

"I had high hopes for this location as I was a big fan of the Rowland Heights location. I ordered the Tonkotsu Ramen with seared chashu, and they gave me 3 pieces of super thin bacon which was highly disappointing. At the Rowland Heights location the seared chashu is actual chashu that has been seared on the grill. Had the menu said 'bacon' I would have just ordered the normal chashu.
The egg was also more hard boiled than soft boiled. I wouldn't reorder from this location."
