I did not order any hot food so I did not have the issue of hot and cold food being bagged together. Their dressings, even the prepackaged ones, are under portioned. I will add photos to depict what I mean. A net wt 1oz pack of dressing should weigh more than 1oz and it weighs less. The southwest ranch dressing cups are portioned in house and are half full as well. At least give people the ounce that's printed on the packaging! "They look better than they taste. They don't have much flavor. The Lemon Lavender Blueberry Slice is mostly sugary with a slight taste of lemon (I could not taste the blueberries at all). The Chocolate Slice tastes like chocolate but was not decadent nor wow (I mean, it's hard to screw up a chocolate cake, this reminded me of the Safeway one, just less sweet). They are way too pricey for the size and the taste.
