The bacon is real pan fried bacon, and at least 1/3 cup or more. They add a lot of shredded cheddar, and the avocado is fantastic. In winter, the avocado is less fabulous, but it's obvious they use fresh produce, not prepackaged junk. The lettuce is always fresh and crisp. Good amount of chicken, and not too salty. When I'm home, I add shredded purple cabbage and carrots, and lots more tomato, then my husband and I split the salad but it's a plenty big enough salad for dinner for 1 without adding anything. The chicken's breading stays on - it look nice in the bowl (the clear plastic bowl to go container they use keeps the temp of the salad nicely but doesn't snap back together so well for leftovers -it's nice enough you don't have to pack a bowl to dump it into if you order it at work.
