This dish has a lot more potential, it should be made with shredded hash browns and would be a whole lot better. It is not good the way it is made today. The biscuits were overcooked and tough. They are small and not fluffy like every where else. I keep trying this place hoping it will get better and it just never does which is frustrating because it is so close. Owasso has so many good breakfast places and we need one here in Collinsville. Corner Cafe is not it."
