My wife and I spent around $80 on our order, so we definitely expected better quality for the price. The one thing we really enjoyed was the dulce de leche—it was very good, although judging by the packaging, I’m pretty sure it’s not made in-house. 😂
I actually called the restaurant afterward because I wanted to give them an opportunity to address the issue rather than just leave a negative review. Unfortunately, the person I spoke with either didn’t fully understand what I was explaining or simply didn’t seem very concerned. They mostly just agreed with what I was saying, and nothing was really offered to make the situation right.
We really wanted to enjoy this place, but based on the quality of the food and the response when I called, it was a disappointing experience—especially for an $80 order."
