As I scroll through the abundant options on this app, my eyes are stolen by the colorful displays of food from Patar Shawarma.  so I said to myself, "this looks good", and placed an order, thinking that it was just another shawarma place in Glendale that was going to do the job of shutting my stomach up. But I was mistaken. When I finally got my order, I opened the chicken Shawarma plate and was immediately greeted by the aroma of a grill. I began to indulge. The chicken was cooked to perfection. The rice, serving as a plain and simple pallet cleanser. The fresh garden salad, as if it was picked from the Garden of Eden. The grilled potatoes, ohhh how warm, soft, and salty they were. And last but not least, the side of pickles so fresh that it reminds you of your Soviet grandma taking out a glass jar of her basement stored pickles. To wash it down, I got a Mexican coke because natural sugar cane tastes so good. "I've eaten from here quite a few times. I don't know if it's authentic or not. However everything I've had has been delicious. I love the spicy cilantro sauce. I'd put it on everything if I could.
