"The Tacos de Barbacoa / Barbacoa Tacos were more like tacos de birria in disguise. Barbacoa is not made in salsa and is just usually cooked in its own juices. This had a stronger flavor like birria and had that deep red color, I swear I'm not crazy and they sent me tacos de birria. As a Texas girl, I don't play about my barbacoa, and this was not it.
