"I’m very disappointed with my recent order from Wallington Diner. I spent over $50 on breakfast, including pancakes and French toast, and they only provided three small syrups for the entire order.
I had to actually call the diner and request additional syrup. What makes this more frustrating is that the last time I ordered from them, they didn’t include any syrup at all.
When customers are spending over $50 on breakfast and ordering items like pancakes and French toast, enough syrup should automatically be included. Customers shouldn’t have to keep calling for something that obviously goes with the food.
I enjoy supporting local businesses, but attention to the small details matters—especially when it becomes a repeated issue. I hope Wallington Diner improves how they check and package their takeout and delivery orders."
