Jack n box let me down. This JinB is usually very reliable, so this is unusual. They have not had popcorn chicken in a while, sooo maby a fluke. the Large Classic Popcorn Chicken Small Box Combo, the chicken still very warm that is good. however, popcorn chicken should be Chrispy!! This was not at all, no pop to the bite just a soft breading. On the other hand because I did not find it satisfactory my dogs got the largest share and the chicken it self was cooked nicely. Like I said this Jack n'Box is very good so I assume it is issues with not having it on the menue for a long time. Perhaps corporate changed the formula, if so not a good move.

"I want to start by saying that I've eaten at the restaurant and had an excellent experience. The restaurant was clean, the service was great, and I had what may have been the best steak sandwich I've ever eaten.
Unfortunately, my DoorDash order was completely different. There was no option to specify how I wanted my steak cooked, and there was nowhere to request extra crispy fries. As a result, the fries arrived soggy, and the steak wasn't prepared the way I would have ordered it.
The biggest issue was the sandwich itself. The bottom piece of bread was so soaked through that I had to remove it and couldn't eat it. The sandwich was nowhere near the quality of what I received when dining in the restaurant.
I also noticed that the restaurant offers a Ribeye Steak Sandwich in person, but on DoorDash the only steak sandwich option available was the New York steak version.
I understand that some of these issues may be related to delivery and not entirely the restaurant's fault."

The 62. Sweet & Sour Chicken (Deep Fried) unfortunately was a bit of a disaster, the chicken had been cooked so hard it was chewy and crumbly like a hard cheese (think like parmesan). It was like it had been double cooked.
The 4. Egg Roll (4) and 10. Fried Chicken Wings (6) were middling, was not a fan of the batter on the 62. Sweet & Sour Chicken (Deep Fried) its quite thick and does not add anything by way of flavor. The Egg Rolls are just vege only.
