Moist, flavorful, and not overly dry or soggy. No grains of rice stuck together. Pairs well with their beans too, which have a good consistency. The meat on the Aldo’s Platter was well cooked. Carnitas was the big surprise. Most carnitas I have had have chunks of fat that ruin the experience. This was moist but lean without chunks of fat. Tender and delicious chicken and steak as well. "Matcha Latte was made with low quality culinary grade matcha powder. Sounds like a small difference to anyone unfamiliar with matcha, but its like the difference between gas station sushi and 5-star sushi restaraunt sushi. It is technically considered okay for matcha lattes but no self respecting cafe/coffee/tea shop would ever use it in a drink.
I only got my matcha latte here because Starbucks is having a matcha shortage and it was more expensive and lower quality and smaller and disgusting at this place.
