I would order again, but I'm giving it three stars because I payed a couple of dollars extra for flats only and ended up with flats and drums. I'm not a huge fan of drums, but I will tolerate them so it wasn't a huge deal, but if you have a strong preference you might want to watch out for that. The fry season was great too."

"One of my favorite taco trucks around. This truck has hands down the best Lengua in all of Birmingham!!! Their corn tortillas are always warm, soft, and buttery, not cold, tough, and doughy. However the Lengua is well seasoned and marinaded with amazing flavor that it is so juicy and tender it just falls apart. If you want tacos or you want a burrito, you can not go wrong with their Lengua as your choice of meat. I will also say that they have a great menu selection full of options.
