Short Rib Ravioli was rich, creamy, and came with plenty of steak, mushrooms, and asparagus. Mascarpone Choco-Mousse Cake was light, but also deceptively decadent! It's extremely filling and I usually have leftovers later to eat the next day. The grape leaves can vary; sometimes they're suuuuuper tender and other times they're a bit stiff, but they always taste good. If you're unused to Ayran, it's a bit of an acquired taste (the first time I drank it, I was unsure if I hated it or loved it...and kept sipping at it to figure out what I thought; I decided I liked it and now it's one of my favorite warm-weather drinks) but I do recommend it."
