"I was not a big fan of the Lomo Saltado. The value definitely seems good and the plate was filled with a lot of food. The problem I had was with the flavors. The filet mignon itself had a very liver like flavor to it. The green sauce also was a bit strange. It kind of tasted like it was mayonnaise based and had a bit of sweetness to it. The veggies and rice were cooked well though.
In this case the meat just may have been overcooked a little bit. I just really did not enjoy the sauce though and probably would not order this again."

And all of it was a perfect consistency. Nothing was "mushy" or overcooked. And, as always, my Door Dash deliverer was friendly and kept me informed when he was on his way.
