If you're wanting authentic Japanese curry like you would find in Japan, go elsewhere. Way overpriced for mediocre or less food. This is two strikes for Shiki so as it goes, they're out."

"Hello! I’ve ordered this dish through DoorDash three times now, and I’ve also had it at your Gilbert location about ten times. I really love this dish, which is why I’m disappointed with my last two delivery orders.
Unfortunately, both times the dish was very different from what I usually get at your restaurant.
This time, there was a lot of meat, but it was extremely tough and didn’t seem to be properly cooked in or coated with the sauce. The sauce was much thinner than usual and lacked the rich coconut flavor that I normally love in this dish.
I also noticed that the vegetables were cut very roughly, whereas they are usually julienned into thin strips when I order this dish at your restaurant.
I’m not sure if there has been a change in the kitchen staff or in the way the dish is prepared, but the quality has noticeably declined over my last two orders.
I really enjoy your food and have ordered this dish many times, so I wanted to bring this to your attention. I hope you can look into this, because the dish I received this time was unfortunately not up to the standard I’ve come to expect from your restaurant.
