"Overall great food and service! The burrito supreme was balanced and delicious. I got mine with the seasoned rice which cost 36 cents extra but was a great addition. I also ordered bean burritos which are CLASSICS and a black bean chalupa supreme. The only problem I have is that it didn't come with napkins and my chalupa was not wrapped properly, so when I took it out of the bag I couldn't clean the spill. There was a small mix-up with my order, but Andy jumped right in, resolved it quickly and professionally, and made sure I left happy. He was super friendly, genuinely caring, and made me feel valued as a new customer. It’s rare to get that kind of personal attention these days, and it turned a good visit into a great one.

"I'm a bagel lover and I didn't get what I ordered. The Custom Breakfast Sandwich was missing the bacon and clearly, they didn't follow my order instructions. The assorted Bulk Bagel order was missing some of the flavors and the bagels were dry. They did, however, slice them like I asked. Don't order the cinnamon sugar bagel. It was dry with an artificial taste and the sugar was crystally, like those generic artifial cookies you buy at the grocery store. The only thing I did like was the 8oz Lox Cream Cheese. It has real pieces of Lox in it but not enough pieces. I won't recommend this place to anyone."
