I have been getting the Spicy Chicken Sandwich for over 25 years and it's still a great sandwich today. I would recommend adding pickles to it and a little ranch dip or dressing.

I put it in a glass because of the lid issue and found out they filled it with mostly ice, a large sized drink is apparently only 12oz liquid (barely even that), so now I know why it tastes watered down so badly. This was disappointing to say the least. The only positive from this whole experience was the driver, who was very fast and efficient, so I know my order was as fresh as could be.
