Honestly I think I could have bought some bread, meatballs, and ragu from Walmart and made something that tasted about the same. What was annoying was while one sandwich looked fine, the second looked like the bread had been flattened and meatballs were jus haphazardly shoved on top. You couldn't really pick it up and eat it. It had to be thrown on a plate and eaten with a fork. So I guess there's 50/50 chance of getting something that actually resembles a sandwich or something that looks like a smashed flatbread pizza. The medium was a decent size and filling enough though.
I guess I'd just call it a lackluster experience because I used to love Firehouse and their sandwiches but it seems like they're fine with letting the food and service quality go down the drain like every other fast food place."

The majority of the crust was soggy from the grease. Yes, it was pepperoni and you expect that it will be a little greasy. Mountains of pepperoni's. I did not order extra pepperoni's.
