"I usually love this burger and have always had good experiences here, which is why this visit was so disappointing. The burger was carelessly put together, and instead of handing my order directly to me, the employee placed it on the counter and expected me to pick it up myself. I found that interaction to be discourteous.
When I opened the container, the burger wasn’t even assembled properly, making it messy and unappetizing. On top of that, the patty was extremely thin and did not meet the quality I’ve come to expect. Overall, this experience fell far below the standard I’ve previously enjoyed. I think I live at the end of the range for delivery, so if you live closer, you may have better luck. But I will definitely be re-ordering that 75. Pork or Chicken Egg Foo Young, as well as exploring the rest of the menu. Also everything was very carefully packed, and none of the soups leaked. They clearly take pride in their work, and it shows.
