"While the product is always amazing (shoutout to the Iced Caramel Macchiato), I do wish there was a better way to package solo drinks. If I only order 1 drink, it's put in a bag with a little half-sized cardboard cup holder, which is a great idea in theory...but the problem is that the bag's weight becomes unevenly distributed and topples over VERY easily. Normally that hasn't been too big of an issue as long as it's handled with care (as the drinks have a dome lid and a sticker covering the straw hole), but of course today the whole lid came off and spilled my poor macchiato all over and through the paper bag 🥲 I didn't lose too much, and I probably don't need all that caffeine anyway, but I'm hoping someone will see this review and maybe figure out a way to balance the weight in these bags so it doesn't happen to anyone else! Aside from the packaging issue, my drinks are always delicious; the smallest highlight of my day in this dark and bleak economy. $10 well spent for ✨dopamine✨"

"I wanted to reach out and let you know how much I enjoyed my recent order. I usually order the chicken egg foo young from Ichiban, but since they are on vacation, I decided to try your restaurant. I am pleasantly surprised by the quality of the meal. The food was very tasty and arrived piping hot. As someone who considers themselves an expert on egg drop soup, I found yours to be exceptional.
