The quality is evidenced by the fact they sell their beans in Brooklyn NY, a place where people know coffee and competition is fierce. The coffee here is likely the best in the state, and possibly regionally. If you are in Rawlins and looking for coffee, treat yourself. I would suggest to ownership to list Espresso options with door dash. I'd like to see a double espresso plus 2 shots with a little cream. That is how I best enjoy this coffee.
