I found this Gem in Rawlins and every time
I come to Rawlins I make a stop. The beans they roast here are truly very special. The quality is evidenced by the fact they sell their beans in Brooklyn NY, a place where people know coffee and competition is fierce. The coffee here is likely the best in the state, and possibly regionally. If you are in Rawlins and looking for coffee, treat yourself. I would suggest to ownership to list Espresso options with door dash. I'd like to see a double espresso plus 2 shots with a little cream. That is how I best enjoy this coffee. Espresso reveals how wonderful these beans are, you don't want anything to interfere with the essence of the beans. I highly recommend it and hope to see more espresso options with door dash!

I do appreciate the amount of fruit, however I don't believe the amount of yogurt is appropriate for the amount of money I paid for this item.

The parfait cup is usually more than 3/4 full, this time the cup is less than half full, including the fruit on top. Very disappointing for the price. Also I asked to add peppermint to my mocha and it was not included.

Since this warm and cozy little corner of coffee heaven opened up my family and I frequent here. We all have our favorites of course but if you have time you MUST try the waffles!!
