"Sol de Mexico offers a large variety of Mexican food staples. The chicken quesadillas are prepared in large portions, so they alone can more than satisfy you appetite. The fried chimichangas are somewhat smaller than the quesadillas, bu they're also very satisfying. Then when you include refried beans and rice with your dinner, you easily reach sotiety. The beef tacos were a nice extra, but we'll have to save them for tomorrow's lunch. The Mexican Lava Cake with ice cream is served in a single container, so I put it all in the freezer, and I'll heat up the cake tomorrow and serve it with the ice cream.
Overall, the food is very good, and the waiting time for delivery of the order is not very long at all."
