Mind you, these sides are 71 cents apart on their menu, although they said it would be $2.00 on past orders. This charge comes through as an extra $2.22 for some reason, and on this particular order they added $4.45 to my order. I had a three hour meeting to attend and could not call the restaurant right away, so Door Dash support refunded me the difference."

"The food was delicious and prepared quickly. I truly love this place and used to come every Sunday because everything is always so fresh and tasty. This time, however, my Latte Morning Fuel was unfortunately too bitter for me to drink, and the cup was only filled halfway. For a coffee priced over $7.00, I expected a full cup.
One suggestion for improvement would be to seal the coffee cup and food containers with tape for added safety and peace of mind.
Overall, I still appreciate this spot and look forward to enjoying more great meals in the future."

"I will say that this review is for a redelivery after a disappointing experience, but this delivery was much more on par with the local Applebees I'm used to. I like this place. It's predictable in a good way. It's familiar and consistent, the atmosphere is friendly and cozy esp for a chain, the value is good if you order from the deals (ultimate trio is an 11/10 smash for value alone, 2 for $25 is also very good). I can't say I feel the same about regular pricing but the variety of options within a given deal is usually good enough. This delivery was excellent. Packaged with care doesn't cover it---everything was present, correct, appetizing in appearance, delicious. I don't ever reorder mistakes but this was for a sweet 16 birthday (don't judge, he picked lol). Birthday kid was thrilled."
