"I will say that this review is for a redelivery after a disappointing experience, but this delivery was much more on par with the local Applebees I'm used to. I like this place. It's predictable in a good way. It's familiar and consistent, the atmosphere is friendly and cozy esp for a chain, the value is good if you order from the deals (ultimate trio is an 11/10 smash for value alone, 2 for $25 is also very good). I can't say I feel the same about regular pricing but the variety of options within a given deal is usually good enough. This delivery was excellent.
