"I will say that this review is for a redelivery after a disappointing experience, but this delivery was much more on par with the local Applebees I'm used to. I like this place. It's predictable in a good way. It's familiar and consistent, the atmosphere is friendly and cozy esp for a chain, the value is good if you order from the deals (ultimate trio is an 11/10 smash for value alone, 2 for $25 is also very good). I can't say I feel the same about regular pricing but the variety of options within a given deal is usually good enough. This delivery was excellent. Veal Parmigiana with Spaghetti was sitting in water and all was watery, soggy and mushy, plus isidnt .get the filling or salad I orderd. The Mozzarella Sticks were very good but the marinara was thin/watery. The Chicken Wings were ok for the price but dried out and overcooked. The Chicken Fingers were good for the price only because they had buy one get one free... otherwise would have been too small of a portion. The prices are good but Iwouldnt order from here again, too many problems and quality issues."
