I made several attempts to reach someone and wasn’t able to get through until my fifth call. When a staff member finally answered, I explained my concerns — only to be told that they frequently receive complaints about these particular sandwiches because they are merely reheated on the grill. That explanation is alarming. It completely eliminates any expectation of freshness and raises serious concerns about quality control, not just for this item but potentially across the menu.
At this price point, customers deserve fresh, properly prepared food — not reheated, burnt, carelessly assembled sandwiches that look like they were rushed out without a second glance. I will absolutely not be ordering this again. I am genuinely appalled by this experience and extremely disappointed in the lack of quality, professionalism, and accountability shown.
