There is no justification for serving food in that condition, especially at the price charged.
What makes this experience even more frustrating is the difficulty I had simply trying to contact the restaurant. I made several attempts to reach someone and wasnāt able to get through until my fifth call. At this price point, customers deserve fresh, properly prepared food ā not reheated, burnt, carelessly assembled sandwiches that look like they were rushed out without a second glance. I will absolutely not be ordering this again. I am genuinely appalled by this experience and extremely disappointed in the lack of quality, professionalism, and accountability shown.
