There is no justification for serving food in that condition, especially at the price charged.
What makes this experience even more frustrating is the difficulty I had simply trying to contact the restaurant. That explanation is alarming. It completely eliminates any expectation of freshness and raises serious concerns about quality control, not just for this item but potentially across the menu.
At this price point, customers deserve fresh, properly prepared food — not reheated, burnt, carelessly assembled sandwiches that look like they were rushed out without a second glance. I will absolutely not be ordering this again. I am genuinely appalled by this experience and extremely disappointed in the lack of quality, professionalism, and accountability shown.
