Either it's parboiled rice or not enough water is used in the cooking process, or even just opening the rice cooker while doing the steaming stage! Either way, it's dry. Poor portion ratio control between the whit rice and super greens. The orange chicken was very tasty and had good crunch. The breading was thin and crispy and in no way felt like you where eating more breading than actually chicken. The super greens was a mix of broccoli, bokchoy, and cabbage. All of which were cooked (steamed maybe) to be tender in a very light savory sauce with a bit of crunch, more so in the broccoli."

Be aware that the amount of rice per entree is pretty small. You may want to order a side of rice. The rice you get is cooked to just the right level of stickiness to hold up to saucy dishes.
They use white plastic takeaway containers. Even the rice comes in plastic. Plain rice doesn't need to come in a plastic deli cup, IMHO."
