I guess I can see how some folks would perceive the food as "lacking flavor," but I could also argue they have an immature palate (hehe). It smelled so incredible, I immediately took a piece of falafel by hand to mouth. Delightfully oily in a way that it didn't make me feel like I was making out with the fryer and so texturally satisfying. Speaking of texturally satisfying ... that saj bread!
