"I was craving OSF since I'm pregnant. I've seen recently how many restaurants I've ordered at tend to treat DoorDash orders with lowest standards. But we also go to those places in person. Simple requests are ignored such as providing silverware or napkins. I called the restaurant to ask for a side of garlic butter with my bread. It just sounded amazing. The lady I talked to was so sweet. She said she'd make sure it got in the bag. I received everything with the upmost care. Containers were clean & organized. The food tasted great. I received full portions & a heaping container of garlic butter. Everything came perfectly!"
"I ordered the hearty portion of the managers special to split with my daughter. First it was hardly a hearty portion at all and way to overpriced for noodles and sauce. It was the same portion as the regular order. The noodles were overcooked and hardly had any sauce. I had order sautéed mushrooms and they tasted like cardboard. I wish I had tasted them before adding them to my pasta because it ruined the flavor of my meal. The cheesy garlic bread was soggy because it was saturated with grease from the cheese and butter. Not a fan. The broccoli has always been my favored but unfortunately it was overcooked and didn't have that browned butter flavor. I was super bummed because I was looking forward to it the most.
The salad and the pesto dressing is always great and consistent and well as their sourdough bread loaf. We also ordered a side of meatballs which were good. I for sure recommend the chocolate cake. Best thing out of our order other than the salad and bread.
Overall, I'm super disappointed in the quality and for the price I had much higher expectations. Just seems like they are going down hill. Makes me sad but I won't be ordering here again. The time before I was disappointed as well but thought it was a fluke. Unfortunately nothing has changed so for that I won't be ordering from here again."

We ordered a pizza, the gnocchi w/pesto sauce with chicken and mushrooms added and the pappardelle. and absolutely everything was so delicious!! We also ordered a side of focaccia and the dipping sauce with herbs was amazing (we just wished there was more sent)! Dessert did not disappoint either. The cheesecake was wonderful and the panna cotta was and raspberry sauce were so tasty. We all shared and raved about everything. Thank you from these happy out of town-ers. The Sweet-Soy Glazed Ribs were good, meat fell off the bones, but the portion size is sad for the price, 4 tiny ribs for $11.50 is not a good deal, but at least they taste good. The Chicken & Waffle Skewers were just okay, not impressed with them, will not be ordering them again. Waffles were extra dry and, even though I love hot honey and spicy stuff, the syrup that comes with it didn't work. Would probably be better with plain maple syrup.
