"We used to absolutely love Atlas Pizza, both dining in and ordering takeout. It was once some of the best pizza in the city. Unfortunately, over the past couple of years, we’ve noticed a steady decline. Even when eating in, the pizza started coming out soggy, which was disappointing.
The one thing that always kept us coming back was the pasta—especially the baked tortellini. It never missed. So after not ordering for a while, we decided to give it another shot and ordered two baked tortellinis (one Alfredo and one meat sauce).
Both dishes were extremely watery and honestly just terrible. The flavor was flat, the texture was off, and it felt like a completely different dish than what we used to love. You’d genuinely be better off with a can of Chef Boyardee, and I’m not even trying to be dramatic.
On top of that, we paid $17 for just chicken tenders and received only four pieces. (No fries!!) That’s just hard to justify.
After this experience, we’ve decided we won’t be ordering from Atlas again, which is really disappointing given how much we used to enjoy it.
The only positive I’ll mention is the staff, they’ve always been friendly and great to deal with. It’s just unfortunate that the food quality hasn’t kept up."
