I ordered a chocolate muffin, but instead of contacting me to ask about a substitution, it was replaced with something I cannot have. I was also charged extra because of the price difference, which I don’t feel is fair since I did not approve the substitution.
On top of that, the replacement didn’t look appealing and did not seem like it was freshly baked as advertised. Overall, I was disappointed with this part of my order and would appreciate a refund.
