"Being Filipino and grew up eating Jollibee, we know exactly how the food should taste. I ordered from Jollibee in Covina and Today's order was disappointing. The spicy chicken was spicy but the chcken itself had no flavor, what happened?!!! The palabok was the same, no shrimp flavor, and no seasoning, it was very bland.... it had 2 pieces of boiled eggs, but there was no green onions or calamansi. Also, the peach mango pies was a big miss because usually the filling would spill as soon as you bite into it, but for my order, you have to eat half of the pies to get to the filling that was also bland. I called the store and they offered to replace the chicken if i go to the store with my Doordash receipt but what the point of ordering thru Doordash if i have to drive to the store and to get the same flavorless food was not worth it. I recently tried this location for the first time, and I was absolutely delighted! The cheese rolls were a new addition for me, and I was pleasantly surprised by how delightfully crispy they were – a perfect little treat! The small spicy potatoes had a surprising kick to them, but they were still incredibly flavorful and paired perfectly with the rest of the meal. The beef kebob and chicken skewer were both juicy and tender, not dry at all, with the (beef) meat still slightly pink inside – just the way I like it. Everything was beautifully prepared, and the garlic and tzatziki cups added that extra touch of flavor.

"Absolutely love this small but mighty restaurant! I’ve had a few items so far, and everything has been top-notch. The caldo de pollo and caldo de res are standout dishes, with tender meat and rich flavors. The homemade tortillas, rice, and beans add to the comfort food experience.
