The verde sauce on top is pretty generous and as creamy as another reviewer noted. The pickled onions on top are not just a garnish either. They're actually a bit pungent like a pickled should and pair well with the enchiladas. The rice was decently flavored but unfortunately a bit mushy after so long a delivery. And the beans were just bland. Definitely needed some lard and salt. Almost forgot to mention, but there was a little bit of avocado on top the enchiladas, hidden underneath the pickled onions, which I also appreciated.
