"If you like spicy chicken sandwiches then you have found the holy grail. Incredibly juicy chicken breast with the perfect amount of breading. Not over breaded like Popeyes and not under breaded like Chic-Fil-a.
The spice level is subjective, I usually opt for hot but if I want some heat I will go with extra hot. If you have a lower tolerance, go with medium and below.
French fries are solid too, shake shack style crinkle-cut but with better seasoning and a bit more crispy. Dip the fries or the sandwich in "Dave's Special Sauce" if you want to help cool things down and it tastes good too.
If it's your first time, I recommend going in person as the wait with DD will probably have the food soggy by the time it hits your doorstep and leave a bad first impression. The take-out containers are not vented so all the moisture given off from the hot food gets trapped. Don't be surprised if you get there and see a line out the door! That's normal and it moves fast. "

Everything arrived hot and the order was correct. The dinner was supposed to have 2 pieces of chicken, a thigh and a drumstick. I was thrilled to see an extra drumstick hiding under the other chicken and ribs. And instead of 4 ribs, I got 5! Chicken Shack ribs are the BEST! Meaty, fall off the bone tender, and well sauced with their signature BBQ glaze. Perfection! I got enough broasted, buttery potatoes for dinner for 2 and enough potatoes to make breakfast hash brown in a day or 2. The cole slaw, which I love, is finely chopped and has the perfect flavor of creamy, sweet and tart. I also got a small side of corn. It was filled to the top, well buttered, and had a nice amount of black pepper and was not overly salty at all. I was happy to see dinner included one of their square, soft, white dinner rolls. For just a hair over 20 bucks, it was s great value for the quantity and quality of the food I got. My driver, Na Donna was wonderful. She delivered promptly, followed my delivery instructions, and was very kind and friendly. I was happy to give her a bonus tip for her excellent service. Spaghetti was bland no meat in it just mushrooms peppers and a very watered down sauce. Also the red beans and rice was so disgusting I couldn't even eat them. They were waaay too overdone and mushy like I was eating baby food. Like only one batch was made for the entire day and it just sitting there kept warm until someone order it. No flavor. Disappointed. Won't be ordering from here again. Krispy Krunchy Chicken has better red beans and rice than this. Only thing good was the whiting fish. "
