"I loved the location in Manhattan, so I was excited to see I can order delivery from the other locations now. Surprisingly, the chicken arrived crispy even though the delivery took about an hour and had another stop along the way. The Crispy Spicy Fried Wings wasn't as spicy as the ones I had in the Manhattan, but they were still delicious. I did order both the spicy and regular, but they didn't label the boxes. That's one thing I would suggest they do. My grandma doesn't eat spicy, so I had to taste test to make sure before sharing some with her. However, my spice tolerance is pretty high. Since the spicy was just a kick, I was a bit uncertain of which ones to give my grandma. It worked out in the end though. The chicken I ordered also had the option to include pickled radish, which I love. I said yes to both orders of chicken. They ended up coming with small containers of their corn salad in addition to the radish, which was also delicious. I love that I get to try it before ordering the full size. Now that I know it's good, I won't be hesitant on ordering it next time. "Honestly, from what I heard about this place I was excited to try it, but I was seriously disappointed. First off, the Grilled Chicken Sandwich was not even made how it was supposed to be. It was supposed to have tomato and arugula on it, I asked for no tomato, which there werent. However, they put literally 2 leaves of arugula on it (not an under exaggeration) and added roasted red peppers.....?? Guess they made whatever they felt like instead of what I ordered.
The Lemon & Ricotta Pancakes were delicious but for $18 the 3 pancakes were extremely small, like maybe the size of my palm. Not at all worth the price.
Additionally, when you pay $9 for a side of Sweet Potato Fries, you typically expect to get more than a handful of them. Maybe that's just me, but $9 felt like a total rip off for the amount.
And the Classic Eggs Benedict had almost no hollandaise sauce on them. We were not impressed. Ive had better benedicts at the diner (that were less expensive too).

From the warm, genuine welcome by owners Simone and Robert to the spontaneous dessert tastings, this was hospitality at its finest. They should be selling customer service lessons too. I promptly expanded my order to include coconut cake, a large Uptown, and turkey soup. Everything was made with fresh ingredients and love and the order was ready before DoorDash’s quoted time.
