It makes my blood sugar sky rocket, which is why I don't eat it. Luckily, I had some whole grain bread at home, so I swapped it out. I got the chicken & wild rice soup, but it was terrible. I only ate one bite & threw it out. The fruit Fresh Fruit had 1 small piece of underripe strawberry, a few blueberries, and mostly grapes, which are again, not great for diabetics. A few us one thing, but a cup full is too much. I can buy a lot of grapes for $4.49.

The Cinnabon Pull-Apart isn't the same. It used to be cut in pieces with the cream cheese frosting fairly thick over the top. The frosting is included in the description. The last two times I've ordered it, it comes in one piece, like a muffin with a tiny drizzle of frosting on the top.
