Chicken Lomo Saltado- looked like the most unseasoned chicken I've ever seen and tasted like some 8 hour old burbon chicken you would find at a Chinese restaurant in a run down mall. As far as the tomatoes, well they tasted how they looked... ROTTEN.
Italian Bruschetta- literally on regular pieces of BREAD with an absurd amount of melted mozzarella that's of the same quality as the cheese that comes on the cardboard pizzas from walmart. I've been eating bruschetta all my life and never once have I had it with OLIVES but the entire appetizer was covered in green olives and olive juice.
