"They were out of the cinnamon raisin bagels so they called me. They gave me other bagel options but none that I liked so they offered 1 chocolate donut but when I said that wasnt a comparable price they hung up on me. I texted the DoorDash driver and he was able to get a comparable priced option. When the items were received it appeared that they gave me a day old cinnamon roll! I have had them there multiple times and had never received such a flat and overcooked one as this one. The driver was excellent and went above and beyond.
