Chicken Wings were not tender and was hard to get off the bone and the skin was almost inedible and could benefit from a longer cook time or prior marinating/tenderizing. The way that it was packaged did not allow the steam to vent which made the crispy skin soggy. They were also flavorless by themselves. A4. 椒鹽豆腐粒 Salt & Pepper Tofu is also one of must have. So far they have made the tastiest tofu. Use to be Fat Wong's but they went downhill and no longer a restaurant. J2. 羅漢齋 Buddha's Delight also needs cut the larger pieces of vegetables but was tasty. M13. 鴨腿湯瀨粉 Duck Thigh Lai Fun Soup haven't eaten it yet but I'm sure it's good. Chinese Sausage & Dry Scallop Fried Rice 瑤柱臘味炒飯 was def a good break from traditional pork fried rice - sweet, dry Chinese sausage and the rice was well-textured with scallop bits in it. Finally, I'm always a sucker for Egg Custard Buns 奶皇流沙包 and these didn't disappoint - they're the orange variety, a bit gushy and squirty, sweet and still steamy.
