The oil was soaked into the dough of all our raised donuts, to the point where we could see the puddled layers of oil saturating the center of the donuts. I didn't mind that the chocolate glaze was strangely matte, but it didn't taste like chocolate at all. The old fashion I received was so thin, it looked like an oversized onion ring. If this is normal for this business, it would appear they are really relying on name recognition. They either need to fix their recipes or retrain their baker."
