I know it says sub in a bowl but aren't you basically getting a salad? I know when I order it in store I sometimes have to ask for extra lettuce because they give it sparingly. I think lettuce is probably the most reasonable item there you could spare more than one very small layer of lettuce on the bottom. They have their comments turned off, so you can't even make request on DoorDash. Which is frustrating when you have food concerns or restrictions. "

"Being Filipino and grew up eating Jollibee, we know exactly how the food should taste. I ordered from Jollibee in Covina and Today's order was disappointing. The spicy chicken was spicy but the chcken itself had no flavor, what happened?!!! The palabok was the same, no shrimp flavor, and no seasoning, it was very bland.... it had 2 pieces of boiled eggs, but there was no green onions or calamansi. Also, the peach mango pies was a big miss because usually the filling would spill as soon as you bite into it, but for my order, you have to eat half of the pies to get to the filling that was also bland. I called the store and they offered to replace the chicken if i go to the store with my Doordash receipt but what the point of ordering thru Doordash if i have to drive to the store and to get the same flavorless food was not worth it. When requesting their food to be non-spicy they always accommodate. I love the spicy Vindaloo , but without any meat and only with the potatoes and they even do this for me! That's customer service. My kids love the non-spicy Tikka Masala with shrimp and my husband loves the Tikka Masala with chicken. The appetizer Vegetable Samosas (2) is simply heavenly and the same with the Tibetan Roti, Garlic Naan and Cheese Pakora. I also recommend their Mango Lassi, Kheer and the Gulab Jamun.
