I'm particular about the beans. Some places have mashed beans and a couple of hard beans thrown in with a ball of cheese. Not this restaurant. They mash their beans smooth and melt their cheese through. Like silk on your tongue. The tortilla is the right sizefor the food. Not folded over in excess. Coupled with the Champurrado, I was in heaven. Not everyone can make this drink. But Santa Ana does it right each time I order it. Pleasant memories, delicious food, all at a great price.
