The shredded carrot and raisins on top provide wonderful counternotes. The salad is simple with quality ingredients. The three sauces are lovely. The yellow sauce is a bit on the sweet side for me, but hubby likes it a lot. The tzatziki is a thinner consistency than you usually get, but we like it better as it allows more of the flavors to come through. The green sauce is tangy and bright with a bit of kick. Personally I prefer a slightly spicier green sauce but this is still fantastic. Portion size is excellent, a good dinner without leftovers or waste."
